Dr. Casner joined Pathology Laboratory Associates, Inc. in July of 1996.

He is the Laboratory Director at Jane Phillips Medical Center in Bartlesville, Oklahoma and practices clinical pathology and anatomic pathology with an emphasis on gastrointestinal pathology.

Dr. Casner is a graduate of Texas Tech University (1986), where he majored in biology. Go Tech!

Dr. Casner completed one year internships in internal medicine and diagnostic radiology at Baylor University Medical Center and completed an anatomic and clinical pathology residency in June of 1996 at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas.
